Definition: a metadata schema sub-block that declares the owner of the RAiD (i.e. the organisation requesting the RAiD).

Definition: the persistent identifier of the legal entity responsible for the RAiD (i.e. the ‘owner’ of a RAiD); an owner has a legal agreement with their Registration Agency

Definition: the Service Point (SP) that requested the RAiD. SPs belong to an owner, RAiD owners can have multiple SPs; SPs do not need to be legal entities

Definition: the version number of the RAiD
